Contract office cleaning
Daily or weekly cleaning to an agreed specification. Out-of-hours access and security protocols agreed with you, with a named contact for issues and changes.

Workshops, warehouses and onshore support bases. RAMS-documented work in live operational environments, including induction-controlled sites.

Our monthly quality inspections are carried out by a PDC supervisor. The cleaning standard is reviewed against your agreed specification, with findings and follow-up actions recorded. These are internal quality checks, separate from the external audits of our ISO management systems.
If you notice a missed task, contact your account manager. We review the issue against the agreed scope and arrange the appropriate follow-up.

PDC-managed cleaning teams
Our regular cleaning teams are directly employed by PDC. We manage staffing and cover around your site requirements, with responsibility for the service remaining with PDC.

You get a named account manager and a direct line. Contact us about a missed task, a board visit or an additional clean so we can agree the response, scope and timing.
Teams based where you are
Aberdeen contracts are managed from our East Tullos HQ, with Edinburgh-based cleaning teams serving the capital. Supervision, cover and access arrangements are planned around each contract.
